Oddly enough by DNC hack, Elizabeth Warren wasn't referencing herself.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) said the emails written by Democratic National Committee (DNC) employees released as part of hack last month should never have been sent.
"It is an embarrassment to the party and it is an embarrassment to the nation," Warren said during an interview that aired Sunday on WCVB-TV in Boston.
I'm not sure why it's an embarrassment to the nation. Unless Warren means that the very existence of the DNC is an embarrassment to America. Which I could certainly understand.
After the hack, Wasserman Schultz resigned from her role, along with other top officials at the DNC.
"I think that the right thing was that Debbie Wasserman Schultz resigned. I think that was appropriate," Warren said. "People have been fired. I think that's appropriate."
Warren also offered praise for Donna Brazile, who is serving as the party's interim chairwoman. Warren called her a woman "of real integrity and strength."
"She's not going to be pushed around in that job, I think she's going to evaluate what we need at the Democratic Party and I'm grateful for that," she said.
"We need somebody to get in there and clean house."
Yes nothing like a Clinton loyalist to clean house from... a Clinton loyalist.
Whom exactly does Warren think Schultz was working for? The very candidate whom Warren is rabidly supporting on the campaign trail. The hilarious thing here is that Bernie supporters wanted Warren before they wanted Bernie. And she has kept right on playing them for fools.
