But as usual, it's only meant to go one way. The minute Obama is sent packing from some restaurant, we'll be having another "national conversation" about what terrible people we are.
As long as it's just Sarah, the Dems are all in.
Over the weekend, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was asked to leave a restaurant where she was dining, apparently due to her role in the Trump administration. Do you think the decision was fair or unfair?
Republicans and Independents didn't think so. But a majority Democrats thought it was just fine. That's 49 to 32.
As Michelle Obama likes to say, "When they go low, we bring back segregation."
This tactic doesn't appear to play well with women. It also appears to play best in California. There's also no age group where this plays all that well. That's why Dem leaders have been trying to walk it back. But they're prisoners of their insane hateful leftist base that won't be satisfied until there are bodies in the street. Whatever Pelosi or Schumer say, Splinter (think Gawker with even fewer ethics) will run a post calling them sellouts and Rob Reiner and Joss Whedon will retweet it. And then they'll wonder why they didn't perform well in the midterms and blame racist voter suppression.
Beats looking in a mirror.
