This in a nutshell is why we have a terrorism problem. To have a major problem, you need a base recruiting population inside your borders. Just look at Europe. Without that population base, terrorism is harder. And widespread terrorism of the so-called "Lone Wolf" kind that we're seeing more of now is even harder. But if you keep bringing Muslims to America... then you have the population base.
And the terror.
As Rachel Stoltzfoos at the Daily Caller reports, the priority is for Muslim immigrants over European immigrants.
The United States issues twice as many green cards to migrants from Muslim-majority countries than from Europe, adding to a Middle Eastern migrant population in the country that is one of the fastest growing demographics.
From 2009 to 2013, the U.S. issued 680,000 green cards to migrants from Muslim countries, more than twice the approximately 270,000 green cards issued to migrants from European countries. Green cards entitle migrants to legal permanent residency in the country and work authorization, federal benefits, and the chance to apply for citizenship.
This is consistent with the larger Ted Kennedy shift in immigration which prioritizes Third World immigration over European immigration. But it's also consistent with Obama taking Muslim Syrian refugees over Christian ones. And the growing status of Muslims as the leading victim group.
The logic is that we bring Muslims to America to show we're not Islamophobic. Islamic terrorism happens anyway. At which point the "backlash" to the terrorism, which mainly consists of people saying politically incorrect things, is blamed for turning Muslims into terrorists.
Rinse and repeat.
