Is Bernie Sanders Faking Left to Get a Cabinet Post?

If you've read my previous pieces on Bernie Sanders like, The Great Bernie Sanders Scam, you know that Bernie is out for Numero Uno. He's a left-winger, but just like Michael Moore or Ralph Nader, he comes first.

The Sanders campaign wasn’t the hippie grassroots operation it pretended to be. Instead it was a huge business whose CEO went on flying private jets even while laying off campaign workers left and right. Or as his campaign dubbed it, in terms that Wall Street would have approved of, “right-sizing”.

While Bernie prattled on about revolution, that mass of $27 donations was finding its way into the pockets of senior Gore, Kerry and Obama strategists from the Democratic Party. Behind the Bernie brand, the money was going to the usual suspects in the Democratic Party’s campaign establishment.

And despite all its angry flailing about Wall Street bonuses, the Sanders campaign did not cap the commissions of its consultants.

Even Hillary Clinton, whose campaign was one big conflict of interest, had done that.

What that meant was that Sanders 2016 was a giant treasure chest for its political insiders. Those $27 donations were being gorged on by the same dirty Democratic establishment that Bernie donors hated.

Now that the campaign is more unwinnable than ever, Bernie is still campaigning. Why? Because as long as the money keeps coming in, he doesn’t have to go back to flying coach.

Follow that up with insider accounts of how bitter and angry Bernie was.

At the heart of the rage against Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party, the campaign aides closest to him say, is Bernie Sanders."

"But more than any of them, Sanders is himself filled with resentment, on edge, feeling like he gets no respect -- all while holding on in his head to the enticing but remote chance that Clinton may be indicted before the convention."

"Sanders has been on email and the phone, directing elements of the campaign right down to his city-by-city schedule in California. He wants it. He thinks it should be his."

"and he takes personal offense every time Clinton just dismisses the possibility of picking him as her running mate"

The real Sanders is very different than the media image of him. He's an egotist and he puts himself first. Now let's look at an interesting revelation.

Cuomo: Shouldn’t you be pushing for your position in a Clinton administration, if that happens, than just the party platform?

Sanders: That’s what we’re doing too.

Now let's roll that theory back. Bernie Sanders is using high profile battles with Hillary Clinton over left-wing causes to pressure her into giving him a cabinet post. That is what all this theater comes down to.
