"Our millennials are a force. I recognize it. And I was a millennial once," Rep. Maxine Waters.
Some Dem House members actually believe what they're saying. Others fastened onto the whole resistance gimmick because it makes them popular and brings in support. Maxine Waters is definitely in that latter category.
Waters figured out that if she just shouts about how much she hates Trump and wants to impeach him, people who wouldn't otherwise pay attention to her will cheer her on and invite her to speak.
Throughout all this, Maxine Waters has consistently demonstrated that she has absolutely no idea what she's talking about, whether it's Russians or millennials. All Waters knows how to do is glom on to whatever the trend is. Like so much of the political class, she repeats back what she hears. But twice as angry.
And so she climbed on board the whole "harass Trump officials" thing. And then climbed down after being reproached by Pelosi and Schumer. While taking no responsibility for anything she said.
Because that's Waters in a nutshell.
Rep. Maxine Waters is a clown and a joke. That she became one of the faces of the so-called resistance is a testament to how worthless and stupid it is.
Give Millennial Maxine another few days and she'll be back to shouting about impeachment, a procedure she couldn't begin to explain, to another crowd of white leftist hipsters.
