Only Democrats care about black people. Anyone who isn't on the left or questions the left obviously doesn't care about black people. Q.E.D.
On Wednesday's CNN Tonight, anchor Don Lemon hosted a segment to discuss the fact that rapper Kanye West has received criticism for praising President Donald Trump. The CNN host even alluded to West's history of accusing President George W. Bush of not caring about black Americans to then suggest that now West may not "care about black people."
Lemon began the segment: "Remember when Kanye West said out loud, 'George Bush doesn't care about black people'? Well, today, Kanye West has a lot of people wondering if he cares about black people.'"
So when West condemned Bush, he cared about black people. But when he praised Trump, he showed that he didn't care about black people?
But how did saying, "Bush doesn't care about black people" (aside from being a lie) help black people?
What do the knee jerk "Republicans are racist" reflex remarks ever accomplish aside from aiding the Dems?
When black people are treated as synonymous with Democrats, their interests actually become completely displaced. Much the same thing happened with Jewish Dems. It's an unhealthy appropriation of a group's identity.
