Put another way, Obama met with Farrakhan at a Congressional Black Caucus meeting in 2005, and not a single person in attendance leaked that information until now. https://t.co/MytQ1PsuAmpic.twitter.com/aMLoKDmdc1

When Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan claimed that he met with Obama and had a photo of them together back in 2016, the media ignored the story. Now a photo of the two of them has been made public.
And the media is still ignoring the story.
The only mainstream media outlets that have touched it so far are Newsweek and the Daily News. (TPM initially helped make the story public). And all of them are notorious clickbait sites. The Washington Post, which is nearly as bad when it comes to clickbait, hasn't touched it. CNN, which thought it was important to tell us how much ice cream Trump eats, doesn't think that evidence of a meeting between a racist hate group leader and Obama is worth mentioning.
And I'm sure the Los Angeles Times will be on it right after it makes the Khalidi tape of Obama that it's been keeping secret public.
The media keeps wondering why people don't trust it. Blatant partisan agendas top the list.
If the media had a photo of Trump with David Duke, it would be front page news for the next month. But a photo of Obama with an anti-Semite who praised Hitler just gets a shrug.
