Shadowbanning remains one of the more explosive subjects on the internet. Instead of outright banning someone, stealth measures are used to restrict a user's ability to engage without him even knowing it.
James O'Keefe's Veritas Project is going after Twitter now. And his latest sting video dives undercover to talk shadowbanning with the Twits. This video features Olinda Hassan, Policy Manager for Twitter's Trust and Safety (a significant role), who is apparently a Bangladeshi Muslim. Her own Twitter account has, ironically, gone private.
Here's the full video. It's quite significant because this is how the censorship sausage gets made. And not only on Twitter. And the previous Twitter video about Trump. Twitter has already disavowed that one.Twitter Trust & Safety Manager: "we’re trying to ‘down rank’… shitty people to not show up,” “we’re working [that] on right now"pic.twitter.com/cXuek1qIrw
