There are quite a few American presidents in Jerusalem already. There's a George Washington Street. A Yad Kennedy memorial to JFK. And now there'll be a Trump Station.
A train station that will be built next to the Western Wall will be named after US President Donald Trump.
The decision was made by Transportation Minister Israel Katz, who said: “The Western Wall is the holiest place for the Jewish people, and I decided to name the train station that leads to it after president Trump – following his historic and brave decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of the State of Israel.”In May, Trump became the first sitting US president to visit the Western Wall when he visited the site during a tour of several Middle East countries.
The good news is that Hamas will be naming a new rocket after Obama. Before it explodes over an Israeli school, it lectures them that, "This isn't who we are."
But I'm sure there's a public toilet or two that can be named after Obama in Jerusalem. When it doesn't flush, it blames you. Of course that's small change compared to all the Iranian nuclear reactors that can be named after Obama.
