While CNN's minions are bleating that criticizing them will get a reporter killed, it's their drumbeat of hate that's actually a threat. No one has opened fire at CNN. The same can't be said for Republicans in Congress.
And the figures are truly disturbing.
The U.S. Capitol Police has investigated close to 1,000 threats directed at lawmakers in the first half of this year, a top House official said in a letter made public Friday.
Paul Irving, the House sergeant at arms, stated that the Capitol Police looked into about 950 threatening messages aimed at members of the House “because of their profile as elected representatives or members of Congress.”
That’s already more than the approximately 902 threatening messages investigated by the Capitol Police in all of 2016.
That's the number that were investigated. Not the total number of threats. The Capitol Police have limited resources. And many threats would not be handled by them. So this is the tip of a very ugly iceberg.
The left's "town halls" are bearing their fruit. And yet the media would rather rant and rave about the Mika Tweet or the CNN Tweet than discuss how their partisan propaganda is feeing deranged behavior by their allies on the left.
