And so San Fran is on the hook for... following Federal law. The next step will be to make reporting an illegal alien to ICE a crime even for ordinary citizens. And then San Francisco can start jailing people for following Federal law.
Maybe then it can skip right to firing on ICE detention facilities and start the second civil war that the left seems desperate for.
