Former Nation of Islam cult member and current Islamist associate Keith X. Ellison, who has an extensive history of hostility to Israel and a track record of anti-Semitism, lost the election to head the DNC. But Tom Perez, the Obama guy who scratched out a victory, still named the Islamist as DNC Deputy Chair.
So Democrats experienced another rigged election in which they had two choices. Keith Ellison to head the DNC. Or Keith Ellison as Deputy Chair.
While Perez did have the backing of Obama's people, the hard Bernie left was in Ellison's camp. So this was really a compromise between the far left and the extreme radical left. And that is what the Dems now look like. It's a struggle between the far left and the sort of extremists who deem them Neo-Liberals for not wanting to abolish the United States tomorrow.
The Dems are descending deeper into the swamps of radical political extremism.
