A Rutgers University professor who created a "politicizing Beyonce" course was taken to a New York City hospital for a psychiatric evaluation after campus police said he made threats to kill white people.
Better late than never.
The NYPD said that officers took Kevin Allred to Bellevue Hospital for evaluation after being contacted by the Rutgers Police Department about the threats. He was subsequently released.
Which means he's on Twitter again. And just wait for his politicizing Miley Cyrus course.
"even the doctors thought it was ridiculous to take me to a psychiatric hospital and force me evaluation," he said in one tweet. "it was f---ing intimidation." (All quotes are presented in their original form, without correcting for capitalization or typos.)
This man is a college professor. This is the level of literacy required if you're a social justice prof. But he's oppressed. By Trump.
“Rutgers police told them I’m a threat based on political statements I’ve made on campus and on Twitter,” Allred tweeted after the cops arrived at his home.
“And this is for exercising my ... First Amendment rights. I’m being labeled a threat and put in a psych hospital. Trump’s crackdown on free speech has absolutely begun.”
Amazing. And Trump isn't even president yet. Kevin needs to flee to Canada immediately. I hear they have world class socialized medicine there.
The NYPD, in a statement, said they were told by the New Brunswick, N.J., campus police said Allred “made threats to kill white people and he was subsequently taken to Bellevue Hospital for evaluation.”
You don't understand. Making threats to kill white people shows how "woke" you are. Now put on a safety pin and shout about white supremacy. And you too can get a genius grant.
so now i haven't slept in 24 hours thanks to police intimidation & i'm headed back to teach my classes today. BUT I'M THE PROBLEM SOMEHOW?
