Sure. Helped them die in civil wars and lose their health insurance. Women have been helped to share their bathrooms with men and police have been helped into early graves by race rioters.
He's from the government and he's here to help. Or rather was.

I'm sorry. The guy who was rushing around from campaign to campaign now suddenly claims he couldn't be organizer-in-chief because he was too busy with Syria and NATO? Doing what?
What has Obama done on Syria and NATO? Bueller? Bueller?
Obama hasn't spent a fraction of the time on NATO and Syria that he did on his political campaigns. He was the organizer-in-chief.
But Obama isn't the only narcissist in the room.
Plouffe, who was also an adviser to Clinton’s 2016 campaign, apologized to activists for getting the race so wrong.
“Part of my misplaced confidence was just assuming how many of the things you guys accomplished were going to be transferable,” Plouffe said. “I have deeper respect and appreciation for what we accomplished and our president.”
