Socialist Senator Sanders is the worst nightmare of anyone sitting next to him on a plane. But he's striving to stay relevant by issuing empty threats on Twitter.
Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) on Thursday vowed not to let President-elect Donald Trump get away with going after minority groups.
"If Donald Trump takes people's anger and turns it against Muslims, Hispanics, African Americans and women, we will be his worst nightmare," the Vermont senator tweeted.
Senator Sanders' Senate track record is big on renaming post offices. Light on actually getting anything done. That makes his empty threats seem rather empty. I know he probably imagines he's a fantastic Socialist agitator who can rally a revolution, but that was hype manufactured for him by the left. He's every bit as inspiring as old toothpaste. Less so.
